Found a Vault workspace with data that suits your needs? Wish you could have that in your own account as part of your dataset?

Importing Vault workspaces allows you to add Vault workspaces - including all search terms in their search term groups - into your account.

Benefits

Importing a Vault workspace into your own account lets you make use of all of Pi’s workspace and SERP feature tools, reports and Market Intelligence for the data in these workspaces.

The Vault is also a great way to find search terms that are of benefit to your account and integrate them with your data.

Ingredients

  • A Pi Datametrics account with access to The Vault enabled

  • Enough free quota in your account - contact your Customer Success Manager to find out more

How to

In the overview panel for the workspace you wish to import, click the import workspace button:

On the next page, you can edit the workspace’s name and add a description (optional).

On the right is the Data Summary providing details of the search terms, queries and search engines.

Also included is the number of queries that may already be tracked in your account, quota needed, quota available and your account’s quota after import:

Click ‘Submit’:

The workspace will then be imported to your account ready to be used as a standard workspace:
