Quality reporting is all about customisation, flexibility, and data without limit. That’s why Pi’s reports put you in control of building your own daily, weekly, monthly, and custom range reports, covering your entire ecosystem.

Benefits

  • Options of automated rolling, fixed start date, or one-off reports

  • Choose multiple Pi workspaces and tracking frequencies in the same report

  • Drag and drop components to assemble reports in a structure that suits you

  • Unlock Pi’s data to explore new opportunities

  • Run reports and view competitor visibility for any domain

  • Navigate back to the Pi Platform via any report and continue exploring performance data

Features

Pi reports are generated in both HTML and PDF and can be delivered straight to any subscriber’s inbox whenever they’re updated.

Reports are configurable to provide custom data analysis to best suit your business needs. Choose from:

  • Recurring or one-off reports

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly data

  • Choice of report ranges

  • Comparison of previous reporting periods

  • Customisable report components

Recurring reports will be updated and delivered to you and any subscriber’s inbox after each reporting period - every day for daily, every Monday for weekly, and the 1st of each month for monthly.

Reporting Modes for recurring reports

Fixed Start Date

This reporting mode doesn’t change the starting point of your report. Instead, every time the report updates it will add a period to the end of the range.

For example, a daily recurring report that started with 9 days, would increase by a day, every day.

  • Excellent for tracking towards a target in weekly or monthly cadences and year-to-date reporting

  • Targeted metrics such as revenue or number of leads are ideal for this mode

Ranged reporting period

Sometimes referred to as rolling reports, the start and end dates of the report move by one period each time it updates.

For example, a daily recurring report that started with 9 days, would continue to be 9 days every time it generated.

  • Excellent for measuring averages or very long time periods.

Report Components

Pi’s reports are broken down into components that can be organised in the report any way you like.

Multiple varying components or multiple components of the same kind can be used to produce the analysis you need.
