Finding categories in the Vault

Workspace finder lets you search The Vault workspaces based on intent relating to your business need. Use a search term based on a topic, theme or category to reveal relevant workspaces.

The workspace finder reveals all workspaces that may contain search terms related to your search. Workspaces are presented in order of relevance, with those that contain the most matches appearing first.

Use filters to narrow your search by market or business category to find the best workspaces to explore.

How to use Vault workspace finder

Workspace Finder is the selected default. Enter a search term in the box, then click ‘Search The Vault’:

The Workspace Finder then populates with Workspace cards for all Vault workspaces that contain relevant search terms relating to your search. Along the top are market and business category filters:

Each Workspace card displays:

  • Business category tree

  • No. of search terms

  • No. of groups

  • No. of search engines tracked

The options include:

Click on the filters to narrow down your search to find the most relevant workspace. Click on the Workspace card to reveal the overview panel. Use this to quickly look at the workspace's reports, search terms, search term groups and search engines.
