Campaigns are how Search Terms are organised within Rapid Tracking Workspaces.

Similar to Search Term Groups, Campaigns organise your search terms specified by intent or importance. Selecting the desired campaign in rapid tracking to use with Pi’s SERP Tools gives you immediate oversight to its search term’s performance on the SERPs.

To create a Rapid Tracking Campaign, you must have:

  • Access to a Pi Datamerics Account

  • A Rapid Tracking Workspace

  • Workspace editing privileges

Setup

In the Rapid Tracking workspace, click the ‘Create new campaign’ button in the Campaigns table:

Create Campaign:

  • Name the Campaign

  • Add a maximum of 25 search terms into the box

  • Set end date - anywhere between 24 hours and 1 month

Click ‘Create’:

Your new campaign will appear in the Campaigns table:

Next Steps Actions

  • Edit - change the campaign name, search terms and end date

  • Duplicate the campaign

  • Stop the campaign

  • Delete the campaign

Tools

Click the ‘+’ icon to reveal the campaign tools:
