Organising workspaces

The workspace list provides an overview of all the workspaces in the account.

Workspace list

The list defaults to the standard workspaces in the account:

Use the tabs above the list to view any Rapid, Compound, or LLM workspaces:


Search engines

Click on the number of search engines to add or remove more:

Click the cross to delete a search engine or click the blue 'Add search engine' button to add another:


Search Term Groups

Click on the number of search term groups to add or remove more:


Search Terms

Clicking on the number of search terms takes you to Search Term Manager, pre-filtered for the selected workspace, where changes to search terms can be made:


Actions

Use the actions column to analyse the workspace's data in the following tools:

  • Content Explorer Table

  • SERP Feature Radar

  • SERP Matrix

  • Position Explorer Table

  • Position Explorer Chart

  • Competitor Discovery

  • Search Term Manager

Or, perform the following management actions:

  • Edit details

  • Set primary index

  • Pause

  • Duplicate


Apply selection to

Use the tick boxes and 'Apply selection to' drop-down to apply bulk actions:

  • View in Search Term Manager

  • Pause Workspace tracking

  • Resume Workspace tracking

  • Delete Workspace


Filters, Columns & CSV Download

Use the filter and columns option above the table to edit the information displayed in the table. The CSV Download provides a CSV of the contents of the table:
