The tracking viewer is a table that shows you details of search terms within your account.

You can find the tracking viewer by selecting 'Search Term Tracking' in the 'data and setup' drop-down of the navigation.

The tracking viewer shows you search terms in the account, what search engines they are tracking in, and the date they were added to the account.

Use the table filters to view specific search terms, search engines or dates that search terms were added.

You can choose what columns you want to appear in the tracking viewer by selecting from the 'Columns' dropdown.

You can download any of this data to open in an excel sheet by selecting the CSV download.

Clicking the 'Actions' column on any of the search terms will show your usage of that search term.

Here you can see what Workspace this search term is tracking in, the frequency (daily weekly or monthly), the search engine and the status of that search term (tracking or paused)

Click explore to go to the workspace containing this search term.

You can view the tracking history of search terms within your account by selecting the tracking history button on the tracking viewer.

The tracking history will show you the historic data of all search terms that have been added and removed from your account. The table shows you the search term, search engine, the action (added or removed), the user who actioned this, the time this was actioned and the effective date.

As shown before, you can use the filters to drill down into specifics, choose what columns are shown in the table and download this data as a CSV.
