How to manage Search Terms in Search Term Groups

From the Workspace list

To add or remove search terms in a Search Term Group (STG) that are already tracked in a workspace, choose the 'Edit Group' option in the Actions column on the right of the STG list:

From here, you can choose which terms are included in the group using the search bar and tickboxes to tick/untick the necessary search terms:

Click 'Save' to confirm the changes.


From Search Term Manager

Editing search terms and their assigned groups in Search Term Manager allows you a more holistic approach to your account.

Find the search term(s) to move and select them with the tick box. You can remove them from their existing group by clicking the cross on their group's name. To add them to a new group, select 'Add to workspace and new groups' from the 'Apply selection to' drop-down:

Here, you can select the same workspace, but select a different group or create a new one if needed:
