The data usage area of your account informs you of all the quota being used in your account and how much of that quota you have left to use.

You can find the data usage of your account in the 'data and setup' drop-down in the navigation.

This will open up the data usage screen that shows your tracked search data quota, backlink analysis quota, API quota and Keyword Research Quota.

This shows you how much quota you are using in each tracking frequency. You can view how many units of quota are being used and how much you have left. You will only see frequencies that apply to your account, for example, if you are only tracking daily, this is what will appear in your search data usage.

This includes backlink analysis, API quota and keyword research quota (if applicable). Each account has 20,000 units of backlink analysis and 500,000 units of API quota by default that refresh on a monthly basis.
